Hull-born musician, Calboa is back with his new track ‘Admission’. It is everything you would expect from an artist of this calibre. Furthermore, he smashes his way through the rest of the indie noise popping out in the industry, and he drives with piercing hooks which are challenging to resist.
Starting is a guitar which reminds me of ‘Viola Beach’, but Calboa soon heads back into his space with his signature vocal sound which drips with confidence. What I love most about Calboa is that he is taking giant leaps with each new release and ‘Admission’ is the indie track many, including myself, have been craving for quite some time.
The chorus is nail-biting. It boasts a melodic melody which grips instantly and Calboa offers a sublime vocal which gives the big hitters a genuine run for their money.
