Cloud’s “Nobody’s Dreaming” is out now, and it’s the kind of track that makes you stop scrolling and just listen.
It starts quiet, almost too quiet, like it’s holding something back. Then the layers start piling on, one after another, until you realize you’ve already been pulled somewhere else without noticing it happen. That’s the trick with Cloud’s music. He never rushes to grab you. He just keeps building until you’re hooked.

What gets me about this track is how big it feels without ever showing off. The synths carry real weight, the mood thickens as it goes, and there’s an emotional pull running through the whole thing that never gets spelled out in words. You just feel it.
Cloud has quietly built a real following doing things this way. Over 160,000 plays on Spotify, with 80 percent of listeners coming from the United States, which says a lot for an independent artist working out of Japan and still finding his way into one of the toughest markets in music. “Overdrive” alone has racked up 120,000 plays on its own. Add in radio play, coverage across more than 100 Western outlets, and studio collaborations with Luis and Alex, and it’s clear this isn’t a lucky break. It’s momentum he’s earned one track at a time.
“Nobody’s Dreaming” feels like everything he’s been working toward landing all at once. Don’t sleep on this one.
