Kicking off we hear a dance arrangement which reminds me slightly of Sub Focus. A serene vocal then catapults forward from Freya Alley. She sings with intensity, and her message leaves no room for any ambiguity.
Musically, ‘It’s No Good’ ticks all the boxes of any electronic enthusiast. It comes thunderous, and the arrangement is mighty from the very start. Also, the beat grips with its nail-biting texture and the synth accompaniment leaves a long-lasting indent.
