The female vocals on this track really caught me off guard in the best way possible. They have a quality that stays with you for days after listening. I found myself humming the chorus during my morning coffee without even realizing it.
What I love most about J.M.Dee is how he refuses to stay in one lane. You can hear traces of his rock influences mixed with R&B smoothness, and now he’s throwing in these hip hop elements that shouldn’t work together but somehow do. It’s refreshing to hear someone who isn’t trying to fit into whatever’s trending right now.
