Rick Rutherford is the Colorado-based rocker and roller whom everybody is talking about at the moment. Why? Because his latest gem, ‘Words’ is sending a shockwave across the rock realm.
Kicking off, we hear Rutherford’s signature guitar lead crush through the speakers with a distortion which takes me back to the 90s. The drums suddenly hit, and Rick reaches for the mic and deliveries a performance which brings a new edge to the table.
Musically, the energy flows from the outset, and plenty of new sounds arise as the track progresses.
